F#ck *BSD

FreeBSD and NetBSD need a CDROM and will not let you install off of boot floppies over NFS via a PCMCIA network card. Several Linux distros will.

F#ck *BSD. I'm sticking with Slack.

(The reason why I say this is that I have to reinstall Slack on a smaller, still working HD on my laptop. The 2 gig'er died for some reason, I don't know why. Any tools out there?)

Well, one truly dead drive later.... (Spinrite 5 doesn't like it, and Steve Gibson won't get out of security work to do Spinrite 6 with Linux support. COME ON STEVE!!!) ... I get to reinstall Slack.
