So far, I've filled up four CD's with junk lying around my HD -- a full copy of Slack 9, a set of pics, and a full anime archive from one site.

Now, I got to go through two gigs of DL'ed source code.

Heheheh... I just love burning CD-RW's. My system is just fast enough to do direct-to-CD burning (no need to mkisofs in a seperate step, just swoop it into cdrecord), and the burner has BurnProof/burnfree technology, so any underruns don't affect it.

The downloads are going to take another three CD's.

aw, heck with it. That's part of it. Right now, it's just that I don't have Wahshu drawn.

When I get the new mobo in, I'll upgrade Slackware to version 9...

...and scrap Gnome for KDE.

Why? I have a good Gnome 1.x setup, but Gnome 2.x doesn't let me recreate it. Half the functionality is gone, unforunately, replaced with stuff I can't hack.

KDE's latest I can do that with. Out, out bastard Gnome! KDE is mine!

Someone should invent weapons of mass construction.
