Apr. 10th, 2003 12:54 amHeh... turns out there's two companies that are working on using wireless power transmission, which plays well with how androids are in my universe.
Splashpower looks like to be the best option, in which it regenerates power through special modules whenever a module-carrying device is laid down on it's pad. For my universe, this would be "going to bed" for a AI WolfSkunk/Dryger.
MobileWise is close to SpashPower's idea, but TechTV's FreshGear says it needs not only the chip, but two metal plates as antennas.
