• 08:03:21: Stuck on a northbound MARC Penn train, stopped next to an Amtrak train as well. 406 may have unloaded at W. Baltimore to go south.

• 08:24:32: MARC Penn 504 arriving at BWI Amtrak station. Delay of 45 min.
  
• 08:32:10: MARC Penn southbound sighted at Halethorpe station.
