Tom Baker was the better Doctor (and the hair fit). I'm not sure who Jon Pertwee is.

Oh! No, I have no problems with Jon ether. All had hairstyles that worked, and focused on the character. Matt's hairstyle looks like he's got a hair helmet on. :(
