I have not played the game... and I think I'll have to get a new Mac just to play it.  $1200 for a low-end iMac, anyone?

Anyway, I'm liking it from the general site itself, and it got me thinking if there was a furry version.

Heavy is a Kodiak Bear.
Scout's a cheetah.
Solder's a fox
Engineer's a coyote... no, Racoon for an engineer.
Sniper's a eagle.
Pyro's a lizard.
Spy's probably a panther or leopard.
Demoman's a monkey or ape.
Medic's a skunk.

Nah. Medic's on the battlefield need to be able to say, "Stop crying or I'll give you something to cry about!" A skunk can do that with ease. A porcupine would also work.

You're right that a field medic should be tough. But then the thought of the mink as a family practitioner... "You've been so good! Now here... suck on this thick lolly for your treat..."
