Comcast is changing your contract to force arbitration in all cases.  They are giving you the ability to opt out.  EVERYONE SHOULD OPT OUT!!!  Until Congress votes overwelmingly for arbitration reform, go here and preserve your rights:

If you let this slide, you will loose your right to sue Comcast for anything they may do to your connection, property, or service. Set your house on fire? Sorry, has to be arbitrated.

The problem is, the arbitrator is chosen by Comcast, and industry trend is to get an arbitrator that is pro-business. Over 93% of arbitration cases go to the business, which is a troubling statistic. What's more troubling is that Second Life's draconian Arbitration clause was in effect -- until a judge struck it down for being to blatantly one-sided.

So, if you opt-out of the contract changes, you will retain your right to sue Comcast.
