Remember the $54 million lawsuit over a pair of missing pants?

The presiding judge made the decision today.  Roy L. Pearson gets nothing -- the dry cleaners won, and will be able to seek sanctions and lawyers fees.

News reports say he's got a history of such lawsuits, and that his term as a judge is under question now. They may actually bar him from the bench and strip him of his license, so he's probably going to loose his shirt.

I'm glad it's turning out the way it is. 54 million for a pair of pants... come on! That guy was giving the entire American legal system a worse name then it actually has.
