The family's gotten several bags of dried blueberries from Costco (you could find 'em in Sam's Club too), and we're slowly going through them.  It's not that we don't like them (we do like them, they're much better than dried grapes... er... raisins), but we got too much of 'em.

So with my paycheck for Comic Genesis in the bank, I got the nessisary makings for my own trail mix:
  • Peanuts
  • Cashews
  • Sunflower seeds
  • Dried Blueberries
  • Semisweet chocolate chips
Get unsalted of the nuts and seeds if you can, and mix equal parts of all of them.  Seperate in 1.5-2 cup measures into quart-size bags or used Pringles chip cans that you have left over from creating Cantennas.

Why buy dried ones when I can take the tractor out to the side field and pick fresh ones off the bushes? BTW, Thanks! Enjoy em, and I'll keep growing and picking them.

You dry them yourself, hon? I don't have the luxury of a field/farm and the closest thing is my brother-in-law's field.

Besides, I don't want alot of moisture in the berries, and frankly put, blueberries just taste better than raisins/grapes. So, dried blueberries.
