Milosevic is dead, according to CNN and MSNBC.  Initial reports pinpoint the death as "natural causes" following his high blood pressure and heart conditions.  The tribunal that was holding him at the Hague (he's on trial for genocide among 33 counts) is waiting for an autopsy before saying anything more.

Good.  Now they won't waste any more money on that problem...
