Usually, I don't delve into politics. However, with recent events, I'd like to present (or reiterate in come cases) my position on some issues:
- Aftganistan: The US is in there for a reason -- Osama Bin Ladin and al'kaida. We shouldn't be crossing the border into Pakistan unless we have permission or a damn good reason why we can't trust Pakistan (said reason heavily reviewed by outside sources like Brittan and Germany)
- Iraq: First of all, we should of done this with the first President Bush! Second, we can't pull out immedately -- that's what we did in Vietnam and it turned communist. We started this mess, we're going to finish it. The reasons on doing it in the first place, however, are questionable at best.
- Wiretapping w/o warrants: The question of if it's legal is not up to the press and public discussion to decide, it's for a court! Now all we need is a court case... whoops! The Center for Consitutional Rights in New York, and the ACLU in Detroit are filing two cases saying they were wiretapped, causing damage to their peaceful activities. Time to investigate!
- Dubba becoming king: If it turns out Bush broke the laws, I want him impeached!
