Now what are the number ranges... damn, I'm not good in RPG's...

INT 10: Average "Taught" Intelligence (ie, average booksmarts)
WIS 14: You're naturally smarter then most people
DEX 7: You're slightly less agile then a normal person
CON 9: Just minutely less resiliant then another person.
CHR(A) 16: You're a natural borne leader, and good lookin too :D

Natural smarts could still be represented somewhat in IQ, as the capacity for learning that a person has (which is why higher IQ people tend to learn things quicker). You could still have inherent 'smarts' and able to learn quickly, and be as gullible and naive as ever. (High IQ, Low Wis)
Roll your saving throw vs. late night semi-intellectual pratter...
