Beer as gas?
Nov. 4th, 2005 07:54 pmThis actually came over Fox, but apparently it's all over everwhere. It turns out the Coors Brewing company is making ethanol from waste made from brewing beer. This ethanol is then put into gasoline, reducing it's usage and keeping engines clean.
So I ask my gearhead father, can a regular engine run on ethanol?
His answer? Yes. Just change the injectors out, because I'll need 30% more ethanol.
I'll drink to that!
