This actually came over Fox, but apparently it's all over everwhere.  It turns out the Coors Brewing company is making ethanol from waste made from brewing beer. This ethanol is then put into gasoline, reducing it's usage and keeping engines clean.

So I ask my gearhead father, can a regular engine run on ethanol?

His answer?  Yes.  Just change the injectors out, because I'll need 30% more ethanol.

I'll drink to that!

As far as I have heard it, just change all the gaskets in a standard diesel engine and it'll run ethanol without the gasoline. And it will still run underwater. :)
