But they didn't finish it!

*zzzzzzzzzip*

*liquid draining sound*

Actually, in my opinion, flash animations that try to shock people with sudden images and loud noises are among the lowest form of art.

The animation would have been drastically improved were it not for that unnecessary noise.

I agree! I hate those. My reaction is not "haha, you got me" but rather "dude, don't pull that crap."

The buildup they were using to the toilet suggested there was something in there, so I was anticipating it. Thus, the scream didn't faze me too much.

What I despise is those prank flashes that seem like honest entertainment - move your mouse through this maze, or find the differences between pictures, or secret images... and then they do that sudden scream and flashing on the screen...

At least this one, I was anticipating the ending, so I wasn't startled.

Good point.

I was anticipating it too, but only because I read [livejournal.com profile] darthparadox's comment first. :} Thanks, Darth! Or should I call you Paradox?

And yes, those prank flashes are exactly what I'm talking about.

As Simon would say, 'That animation was absolutely dreadful.'

I think Burger King could improve its image by either redesigning its mascot, or by retiring him, the way Jack in the Box retired its mascot in 1980.
