The sky must be pretty in the world Dubya lives in. You know, the world where other countries bow to his mighty military genius, everyone in our country supports every idea he has as the most brilliant thing in the world, and poor/minority people lay down in front of his golf cart and volunteer to be the road so his tires don't get worn while he's on month three of his vacation.

What a brilliant idea - we have New Orleans still rebuilding, billions spent on a war nobody except Dubya wants, Rita heading towards others... and he's worried about PORN.

Because, you know, naked female pictures on my computer will destroy this world faster than any hurricane or extended war.
