strredwolfI've read what seems to be authentic emails from Scott Jarkoff (jark of DA) to Sotira Angelo (spyed of DA), documenting all the legal logistics over his concern with how DA was being handled. Their autheticity seems to be led creedence by jark on his DA journal.
Jark was doing the right thing, and following the money. There's something going on with spyed, and it may involve his Gnutella site. I would not be suprized if spyed (with DA to boot) gets sued by jark for involuntary termination and breach of contract -- hell, I'd encourage it.
