Why, no it is not. That was at Anime Weekend Atlanta 2004, a con we have right here in Cobb County Georgia. I actually met the people who made that, and it tooke them approximately 11 months to finish. They started it right after the previous con.
They had showed me their photo album of them making it. They even used coffee cans in the heels!
