I was hoping that he would wake up eventually, but I always had a feeling ever since he went in for that operation that he wasn't going to come out of that place again. I loved alot of his movies: Easy Money, Caddyshack, Rover Dangerfield, Back to School, Ladybugs. He was a good comedian.
He will be missed.

I was listening to an homage/last interview of him set to NIN's Hurt on the Howard Stern show this morning while doing a lawn out in Monmouth county. Rodney was talking about his expected death to Howard. It was so... powerful, resigned, and honest, what he said, I had to stop my scarifier and just listen. I was moved. I sorely wish I had that transcript.
