I hereby propose:

• Adding a Category 6 to the Saffr-Simpson Hurricane Scale, for wind speeds aproaching 200 mph causing complete devisation for a large area, and a storm surge over 20 feet.
  
• Renaming the Saffr-Simpson scale to the Homer-Saffr-Simpson scale, due to the various federal and state governments going D'OH! for not paying attention to history.
