I scanned in a smallish inked drawing, and decided to work on it off of sandra directly instead of using hir as a terminal for tygris. Of course, this was a P2 bearing laptop with only 128 Megs of RAM in it. It's going to swap no matter what.
It took me some time to color, shade, munge some parts, and now I'm working on the background. If this is any indication, then I can take my scanner and plug it into sandra, and use it incase tygris fails or I'm on the road and need to get out a webcomic quick. However, it would be better if I bring redwolf instead -- it's faster (400Mhz vs 266 Mhz) and has double the memory.
