May. 1st, 2004 01:20 amSandra's getting Gentoo Linux PPC on it, the 2004.1 release. I found an HD that'll work on it, so it's formatted and ready to go.
However, I had to use Slackintosh's 8.1 install kernel and root ramdisk image to get there. Ugh. Gentoo's PPC kernel isn't for generic PPC, it's G4 minimum. I need stuff for a PPC 601 processor.
