strredwolfThe corner just released the autopsy report on Nathaniel Jones. In it, he sites the enlarged heart and related disease; the gross obessity; the intoxication of crack, PCP, and methonol; and the stress of the struggle. He does say that the police only hit in areas they were taught to hit, and no major organs were damaged due to the nightstick usage. The coroner says that it looked like he was doing drugs for some time, and that if he wasn't drugged up, he wouldn't of gotten into that situation to begin with.
So, lets zoom out a bit and get the whole story, from news reports:
Jones, living large, drunk, and drugged out of his mind, gets noticed by concerned folks outside a restraunt. Police are called, who try to talk to him. They're attacked by him, and respond with nonleathal force (the nightsticks). It takes six officers to subdue him, and they immedately bring in an ambulance. Jones dies at the hospital.
Yep, rule this one accidental -- Jones set himself up to die, and it's a suicide by cop. Too bad they couldn't get his pusher's name.
