First, let's make some 30 second ice cream. Now when you're... oh, you're done already? Damn that Nitrogen's fast.

Anyway, I found the Iotola. Aparently, it's gotten lessons from Sadam and was hiding in my checkbook. So I'm drawing stuff again with a good ruler, but I still need to find where I can get replacements.

Mmmm. Two years ago, at Burning Man, our neighbors make a batch of chocolate ice cream with liquid nitrogen. That was really neat to see. Tasted great after a week on the desert too.
