First, make sure your domain's DNS server settings point to NS3.keenspace.com and NS4.keenspace.com. These are important!!! Don't use NS1 or NS2 because those go to KeenSpot.

Second, drop a line to keen (at) tygris (dot) mailshell (dot) com and when things get sane, we'll switch you over.
