Jackass -- the Lawsuit

strredwolfI just got word from Randy Cassingham via his Stella Awards newsletter. A person by the name of Jack Ass (legally changed, of course, in 1997) is suing Viacom (who owns MTV and Paramount) for plagiarism and infringement of trademark and copyright. MTV created the TV show Jackass in 2000, and Paramount created the movie just recently.
