Just to be a little nit-pickey, it's 'Amsterdam' without the additional 'n'. Unless you're being sarcastic and I missed it :)
For the rest, I have no idea what happened. So I am going to refrain on any other comment to either defend or condemn procedures or personnell in Amsterdam Airport.
