Same problems as in May/June, supposedly compounded by fall traffic. Limited trains (only 10 cars from what I hear) and massive overcrowding. Therefore (according to releases on their site):

* Trains now only go as far north as Timonium. Buses will continue on to Hunt Valley.
* Trains will not run Camdem/Penn MARC shuttle. Buses will instead run between Penn Station and Mt. Royal/Univ Baltimore station.
