I recently found this off of Fucked Company. Turns out that there's a male underwear manufacturer that makes boxers and breifs which have an accomidating pouch in the middle, supporting your member and keeping it center. It's name is Meisel-Style. Looks like a natural progression for those who are over-endowed (by human standards).
