When it rains...

Dad went into the hospital complaining of adominal pains.  Our neighbor (who we help on occassion) took him down (Mom's still not allowed to drive). 

Neighbor came back, news was kidney stones.  Dad will be there overnight.

Ooog, kidney stones are not fun. But at least if they're the kind I get, they won't cause any complications. I hope he passes them soon!

He's back home. They discharged him roughly four hours after he arrived, gave him meds and perscriptions, and told him he's toast for the next two days.
