Xfree, Toshiba Sattelite 110CS/115CS, and 800x592x16bpp

I finally got 16 bits-per-pixel color working w/o screen corruption on my Xfree'ed Toshiba Sattelite 115CS (read: 110CS with Win95 preinstalled, but I fixed that). You just need to work in 800x592 to conserve memory:

I don't miss 8 lines for 16-bit color.
