Westboro now owes $2.9mil (at least)

The Westboro Baptist Church has lost a lawsuit filed against it by a grieving military family to the tune of at least $2.9mil in compensatory damages. WJZ 13 reported the $10.5 mil figure, which I believe adds in the punitive damages award by the jury -- who found that the cult-like church was liable for invasion of privacy and intent to inflict emotional distress.
According to WJZ, the church only has $1mil in assets. I believe it's highly likely for an appeal.
