Hahahaha, what a fine. Prison sentence, sure, but what the HELL is with these 250,000 dollar fines? How much money does this guy have? What percentage does $250,000 make up?
Argh it makes my head spin to see low fines for major, impacting crimes on people with lots of cash, especially if they've earned great wads of cash doing so. :(
They want to sieze the $773,000 he made through all that spamming, so he does have the money, but more than likely, the fine will be paid back through his time served.
