Planes, trains, and autos...

strredwolf8:45am -- I'm dead asleep since doing five strips the night before. Boss calls, and I'm too groggy to answer.
9am -- Ring ring.
9:15am -- Ring ring... ugh, I better get up to catch the next one...
9:30am -- I'm up and slowly waking up. Turn on tygris and find out... a server went down and I can't SSH into it. Boss can't get into it eather. I instruct him to reboot the server.
10:00am -- Boss calls. He still can't get in, and already tried to reboot it. I try think of five different ways to do it remotely yet be simple for my boss, and fail. I have to go in. Wake up a ride and head on over.
12:30pm -- Arrive after taking the #40 Limited from the bowels of Baltimore. The route's a speed demon. I shall investigate it more later. Go in and reboot via a Gentoo CD.
1pm -- Boss had filled up the server the night before. I try to clear off some space.
3pm -- Manage to not only get the clue sunken into the boss to clear out the data, but write some needed documentation and move other data around to other PC's.
3:30pm -- Leave the office, and take the M6 back to Rogers Avenue. Unfortunately, it's about as slow as the #44, which takes basically the same route. The only difference is that the M6 also services another lightly-used area (thus the light service to being with)... which slows it down. I should of hit the 40 Limited again.
4:50pm -- Arrive at Mondonmin Mall just in time to mail out a FCBD webcomic. Eat a Whopper and head back home.
5:40pm -- On the Light Rail. Call Mom -- bro-in-law's mom fell down again. Back to the hospital, Dad and Mom are taking care of the neices and nephew. No word on when they'll be back. I get to travel home by myself.
6:04pm -- Get off Light Rail at Patapsco. Call MTA to find out when next #17 bus will come. Navigate the touch-tone system -- and find out i'm waiting 30 minutes.
6:34pm -- Get on the #17 headed to Dorsey.
7:00pm -- Still on the #17. I now know why it takes so freakin' long to get down to Arundel Mills. Decide to investigate faster routes. I gotta pee...
7:34pm -- Arrive at Arundel Mills Mall. Damn, they put a Best Buy in the hole? About time! Connect-A-Ride K bus arrives right behind the #17, and I catch it.
7:40pm -- Bus is going the opposite way I was thinking it usually goes. I have no clue where it's going, as long as it's not back to the Mall.
8:24pm -- Arrive home. Finally. K route dives into five different areas, eating up most of the travel time. Dropped me off a few blocks away by the elementary school.
8:30pm -- tygris is still up. Good penguin. I set my travel case with redwolf in it and finally check all the bookmarked webcomics. Mom calls, and has me tape 24.
