strredwolf: (Funny)

Awfully funny...

My comic apparently got another link at Something Awful, and it gathered up some responce on [livejournal.com profile] stalag99 .  It also highlighted that I didn't set anonymous posting to be moderated (don't want to completely disable it).  This will make it slighly harder for the hordes over there to post (even though I'm logging their IP addresses already) as I belive there's a "Don't you dare ID yourself to them, or you're gone from us" rule over there.

Of course, if you're one of the goons comming from Something Awful and you think you can do better than me, then sign up and prove it.  May I also remind you that you should be listening to Reel Big Fish's A Little Doubt Goes a Long Way.

And now, for something different.  Scott Kutz just hit that sweet spot again in Tuesday's (which got posted today) PvP.  He's being topical (with both large lotteries being past the quarter-billion mark), and mixes a bit of unusual curdosy with the shock of hitting the big one.  It brighted me up.

I must admit, I giggled a lot at PVP... that looks like something from a movie, I'm sure. Though I'm worried that Brent asked to do likewise. *O,o*

Man, they really didn't put any effort into insulting you nor your comic, did they?

Well, what can you expect from high-schoolers.

*sigh* Typical SA. Always too busy nagging people to death.

You're getting awfully close to evoking Godwin's law here, as you're now off topic. You may end it peacefully here by not posting at all.

How would it be my fault if someone gets antsy and calls someone Hitler?

Look, I'd recommend taking in what your critics say to a certain degree. See, when you post something creative on the net, there will be people who criticize it in one way or another. That's why I personally, if looking for feedback, don't limit it to just friends or family due to the fact they would only compliment my work.
When you post in on the internet, you're open to all sorts of critique; some useful some not. I honestly think I pointed out just a few reasons why your comic attracted negative attention from SA.
