So I hear via This is True a report from Japan Times about how a busty 11 year old is helping eaze Chino-Japaneze tentions over a revisionist history book.

A busty 11 year old, reportably an F-cup.

Hon, if she's an F-cup, than there's something wrong with bra measurments.  Plus, there's got to be something going on in Japan.  If she's starting that large now, I wonder how large she is going to be when she reaches 18.

It's actually true, she does have an F cup. See, anyone should know your height and ribcage size has a significant impact on how they measure breasts. Since I assume she's short, then yes, the cup would be rated bigger because the strapping and whatnot would be different than breasts of the exact same size on someone taller. Which is why I laugh when I see macros who have a ZZZZZ-lol cup 'But it's proportionate because they're so tall'. It just doesn't work that way.

You have to understand the conversion factor here. It is figured much in the same way as the US style, except you one one to the letter. For instance, A cup US is B cup Japan. An A cup in Japan means you can pass for a little boy.
