Patrick Volkerding's out of the Mayo Clinic and back in California in good health.  He's slowly getting back into updating Slackware again.  That means I won't need to push my laptop and firewall to Gentoo anytime soon.

He supposedly came down with a baterial infection in the lungs that he was taking antibiotics for, but it was only keeping things at bay, not curing him.
