Nice large paycheck came in, more than enough to...
...get a laptop! A Dell CPi 266Mhz system I can eazily upgrade the memory ($8/128 megs! Yeow!). It's a very good upgrade from my Toshiba Sattelite 115CS. Won the laptop in an eBay auction for $140 (plus $22 to ship).

gentle_wolfox I can go up to 300Mhz eazily), 80 megs of ram (can go to 256 via 128meg SODIMM's), 4 gig HD, 2 PC Cardbus slots, a USB port, integrated audio card, 13" screen (1024x768 16bpp). I'm getting the battery, CD and Floppy drives, as well as a laptop case to boot.
