Apr. 27th, 2004 11:41 pmDad's old white Blazer died on the way home, and we had to find a tow truck (because he forgot to plug in his phone last night). So, over to the Verizon Yellow Pages.
Why do they even publish these books? Mom and I look for "Towing services"... and get thousands of listings from all over the place. So I get online and do a ranged search for towing around the BWI area.
Find two in Hanover that weren't 24 hr. A third in Lithicum was continuously buzy. Land one in Glen Burnie that was 24hr, and got out there fast enough. A short ride and $75 later, Dad was home with the truck. It'll turn over, but he's home to repair it for a few days.
Now what does this have to do with Stalag '99? Nothing. I'm being a lazy git again.
