Chrismas on Canmeph 2

The Price household is a buzz with activity here, leaving me little time to post up a short story written very early this year. It should show around 1pm Eastern Christmas day on the comic site. I've been intending to do this since it was written.

Unfortunately, for me and my parents, getting things ready overnight when we have a party tomorrow and I have to work that morning is not making things jolly. *sigh* I still wonder why we got a tree three sizes too wide, when everyone is too buzy even without decorating the house, and we're once again overloading it so that it just screams out "I'M A FIREHAZARD!!!" when we don't have enough lights for it. I mean, come on, I try not to be a greedy little bastard. I also try not to go too overboard in everything, because it'll get us into trouble. But folks keep pushing us to dive off the deep end, not knowing that there's this hidden pier there right underneath the water.

Yeah, I'm freakin' conservative in my politics.
