A. We may actually abuse that 5 gig "limit" over 3G or Edge. Ether way, it doesn't count over wifi.
B. Same here, just do a Wifi connection.
C. That's an idea.
D. It's always dying. It hasn't finally kicked the bucket yet. We got to fix that.
