Convention Black/Grey/White Lists.

Well, time to make a list (or three).  These are the lists of conventions that have earned my ire, and thus I won't go to for whatever reason.

BLACK LIST -- Will not go to.

• Akon -- communications issues, compounded by proof from kobold
  
• CaliFur -- Hotel issues, plus communications, as provided by FurryNe.ws

GREY LIST  -- Conditional

• Otakon -- On the plus side, it's local to Baltimore.  On the negative side, a policy shift for this year requires us to pay for membership to panel.
  
  Now, I also panel on Anthrocon, and the policy has always been "pay for membership."  I haven't seen a shift in policy about that, and if they start compensating for my membership for being a panelist, I'll bring them up a notch in professionalism.  Right now, though, it's still in the "break even non-profit" status.
