Win XP Pro (with Service Pack 2!) came via FedEx today. Let's play the "How many reboots do I need" game!
- Switch between text mode and graphical mode installation.
- Switch into XP for first boot
- Install VMWare's drivers
- Install updated Windows Update
- Install an hour's worth of downloaded updates, including IE 7
- Install updates to IE 7.
- Install optional updates as well as the .NET framework v3.0
