Sniper comments...
Folks not in Maryland may want to hear a bit from a Marylander (thankfully, I'm a 40 min train ride away from the heart of the deal).

CNN reports that the sniper wanted $10 million in cash that was to be deposited into a bank account, to which he/she wanted to pull it out almost immedately. That can't be done! Any bank would wait at least overnight, and up to seven weeks (WEEKS!) to clear any transation that large. That I belive is banking regulations that the SEC (aka the Feds) incurr.
Now, Paypal may be able to do it, but handling that large ammount of cash, does it really want to?
