9/11/2001, 6 months later.

It is now the six month anniversery of the 9/11 attacks. A small update:

1. Three buildings of the World Trade Center went down -- the twin towers and a smaller supplimentary building. One part of the Pentagon collaped too. Four planes, three hit, one was forced down by the passengers.
   
2. The death toll is under 3000 estimated dead, hundreds confirmed.
   
3. The US has proven to the United Nations that a military campaign is needed to remove the threat. A war on terrorism. The UN supports this, and so far, it's cleaned up 90% of the problem.
   
4. Iraq's scared. Iran's defiant, North Korea's unknown. (Pres Bush says they're the "axis of evil". Oh, back to WWII...)
   
5. Thousands of jobs were lost. I'm still technically unemployed.
   
6. Money gets spent to help thoses who are affected. Forget any budget surplus!
