Tennessee County wants to charge homosexuals with being homosexual inside county limits.  This same county was the site of the Scopes Monkey trial (which was thrown out on a technicality).

It comes to my attention that this particular county is beyond measure and rationality. Thank goodness I live in Memphis. Were that sort of law to come down, the police would be outnumbered 50:1 in just the midtown area of Memphis alone.
