I hope everyone had a happy Thanksgiving. The Canadians I belive have already finished digesting while we in the US are just starting. burp.

Anyway, we're headed back to the add-two-wings-and-it'll-fly house. Sis says there's molding to do. I don't buy it. It was mostly done last weekend.

Apparently only the canadian call centers were open on US thanksgiving, so people who called in more than once that day had a high % of getting the same person, or if they escalated, they had like a 1 in 3 chance of getting the same person.
